Studio accounts upload troupe and group routines. Solos, duos and trios are normally uploaded by the parents from their own accounts — but if you would rather do it yourself, you can buy performer places here and our team adds each performer to the competition for you.

Why solos are normally uploaded by the parent
The short version, and what it means for your studio.

Parents cannot change a file you uploaded
If the music sits under your studio account, the parent cannot swap it, trim it or fix a wrong version. More than 90% of competitions and eisteddfods now use Music Uploads, so most parents already know how it works.

Critiques and videos go to the account that uploaded
Audio critique scorecards and performance videos are delivered to the uploading account. Privacy rules stop us forwarding them on to someone we have no record of, so a parent uploading under your account would never receive them.

Every place is added by hand
There is no bulk import for this. Someone on our team adds each performer to the competition individually, which is why the price is higher than a parent’s own upload.

Studio owners get a free personal storage plan
If you are a studio owner uploading for your own children, contact us and we will set you up with a free personal storage plan instead — you do not need to buy places for that.
This is not the way to upload troupes or groups
Troupe and group routines are already included with your studio account. Use Transfer to Competition for those — do not buy places here.
